How long will it take to get my order?

We make every effort to have your order out to you within 5-10 working days for Australian orders. International orders can take up to 2 weeks depending upon local postal systems.

How do you send my order?

Within Australia we will use Australia Post registered post. The package will need to be signed for to ensure delivery.

I haven't received my order yet?

As stated your order will take 5-10 working days. If you do not receive it by the tenth day please contact us. Sometimes the delay may be due to an item out of stock, if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible.

Do you have a returns policy?

With Starfish Cossies, you can be assured of total customer service and satisfaction! We will happily exchange or provide a credit note within 14 days of receiving your mail order. If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, simply download the refund / exchange form, ensure you comply with the points listed on the returns page and we will happily meet your requirements.

You do not need a PayPal account to be able to buy from Starfish Cossies, because you can also just pay with your credit card without opening a PayPal account.

Do I have to use PAYPAL?

We offer Paypal and direct deposit, when checking out simply pick the method of payment you wish.

I am not sure of the correct size for my kids?

All sizes vary with different brands, please ensure you read our sizing guide page to select the correct size. To measure your children correctly do not wear any clothes that will distort the measurement. When measuring ensure the tape is straight, firm but not too tight.

Are my details safe?

We take privacy seriously so we ensure your details are safe and we will not disclose any of your personal data to other people.
