Returns Policy
With Starfish Cossies, you can be assured of total customer service and satisfaction!We will happily exchange or provide a credit note within 14 days of receiving your mail order. If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, simply download the refund or exchange form, ensure you comply with the points below and we will happily meet your requirements.
- Please include the invoice you received with your order when exchanging goods
- The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns. Starfish Cossies will pay postage back to you. Return postage is free of charge for the first exchange only, however for additional exchanges, all postage costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you register returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Refunds are provided for the goods only postage is not included in the refund.
- Note reason for return. State if you would like an exchange or refund. Please provide a full description of your requested exchange, including product name, size and colour. Starfish Cossies will replace a swimsuit if it is flawed due to manufacturing faults.
- For hygienic purposes, when trying on swimwear, briefs, etc please ensure that you do so over your own underwear. Do not remove any labels, swing tags or accessories until you are happy with your purchase. Failure to comply with this may result in a rejection.
- Starfish Cossies does have the right to assess the condition & age of the returned swimsuits prior to offering an exchange or refund. If the swimsuit is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault exchanges and refunds may not be provided after prolonged use.
- There are no refunds on clearance stock, only for manufacturing imperfections.
